Upgrading to this manifold can greatly reduce exhaust gas temperatures by 80 to 100 degrees and provide up to a 30 horsepower increase. It is engineered with thick ceramic coated alloy with high tolerant connections to prevent leaks, cracks and warping. It fits 2003 through 2006 Caterpillar C-22.1L engines and replaces OEM number 229-3567.
