This aluminum replacement tank is designed for 2008 and newer Kenworths, boasting a U.S. gallon capacity of 100. It features a diameter of 24.5 inches and a seam-to-seam length of 48 inches, with an overall length of 50 inches. Positioned for rear fill, the filler neck is located 4.00 inches from the rear weld seam, standing 38.62 inches above the horizontal weld seam at the back of the tank. The manifold, including a sending unit hole, is situated 24.00 inches from the front weld seam, positioned 30.62 inches above the horizontal weld seam at the back of the tank. Drains or crossovers are also located 24.00 inches from the front weld seam, resting 3.75 inches below the horizontal weld seam at the back of the tank. Caps and fittings are sold separately, with removable pickup and return tubes included, requiring cutting to length. The tank is sold individually and proudly made in North America.
