This fuel tank is specifically designed for 2008 and newer Kenworth trucks, with a U.S. gallon capacity of 100. It has a diameter of 24.5 inches and a seam-to-seam length of 48 inches, with an overall length of 50 inches. The rear fill filler neck is positioned 4.00 inches from the front weld seam and extends 38.62 inches above the horizontal weld seam at the back of the tank. The manifold, featuring a sending unit hole, is located 24.00 inches from the rear weld seam and stands 30.62 inches above the horizontal weld seam at the back. Drains or crossovers are situated 24.00 inches from the front weld seam and descend 3.75 inches below the horizontal weld seam at the back of the tank. Caps and fittings are not included with the tank, and removable pickup and return tubes are provided, which must be cut to length. The tank is sold individually and manufactured in North America.
